SIARGAO 145 Premium hard-shell aluminium roof top tent for 2 adults and 1 child by Braguscamp
The Braguscamp SIARGAO 145 Premium Edition is a hard-shell aluminium roof top tent designed for couples and small families who want space, comfort and robustness. Designed and manufactured by Braguscamp, it sleeps 2 adults and 1 child on a 135 × 205 × 7 cm high-density mattress, and offers an interior height of 154 cm, generous enough for tall travellers to sit and move around comfortably.
Its structure combines an aluminium honeycomb base and lid with metal corner reinforcements and hidden hydraulic struts protected from dust and moisture. The Ripstop 340 GSM PLUS canvas with FULLBLACK SHIELD technology is water and UV resistant and creates a dark interior for a deeper rest, while 360° ventilation, XL windows with mosquito nets and the Skyview skylight bring in fresh air and views of the stars.
Closed, the SIARGAO measures just 218 × 145 × 18.5 cm, a slim profile for a tent of this size. It includes the reinforced aluminium telescopic ladder X3, LED lighting, an anti-condensation mat and the LockNLoad T-track mounting system on the underside of the base. With its two-tone brown and black design and free fitting at Braguscamp's own facilities, it is ready for 4x4 adventures in every season.

Features of the SIARGAO 145 Premium roof top tent
Aluminium honeycomb base and lid
The SIARGAO 145 is built with an aluminium honeycomb base and lid, a construction that combines low weight for its size with high resistance to impacts. ADC12 metal reinforcements in every corner help absorb vibration and torsion on tracks and rough roads, and the hydraulic struts are hidden inside the structure, protected from dust and moisture. The result is a solid, premium roof top tent that is built to stay on your vehicle trip after trip.
Ripstop 340 GSM PLUS canvas with FULLBLACK SHIELD
The tent body uses Ripstop 340 GSM PLUS canvas with FULLBLACK SHIELD technology. The Ripstop weave resists tearing, the canvas is water and UV resistant, and the product data indicates UPF50+ sun protection. The black-out effect of FULLBLACK SHIELD darkens the interior so you can sleep in on bright mornings or rest during the day, while helping keep the temperature inside more pleasant.
Room for 2 adults and 1 child
With an open size of 218 × 145 cm, the SIARGAO is one of the widest tents in our hard-shell range. The 135 × 205 × 7 cm MAXCONFORT high-density mattress gives space for two adults and one child, and the interior height of 154 cm lets tall people sit up, change clothes and move around without feeling cramped. Just add sleeping bags or bedding and the bedroom is ready.
Anti-condensation mat and soft cover
Under the mattress, an anti-condensation mat creates an air gap that lets moisture escape, so the foam stays dry and fresh even after several nights in a row. The mattress has an extra-soft cover for a pleasant feel against the skin. Combined with good ventilation, these details help you avoid the damp that can build up in any tent when several people sleep inside.
360° ventilation and Skyview skylight
The SIARGAO offers 360° ventilation through XL windows with mosquito nets, so you can let the breeze in without insects. The Skyview panoramic skylight lets you look up at the stars from your bed and ventilate the interior quickly when it gets warm. Good airflow also helps reduce condensation and regulate the temperature, making the tent comfortable in very different environments.
Telescopic ladder X3 in reinforced aluminium
Access is via the telescopic ladder X3, made from reinforced aluminium and weighing around 7 kg. It adjusts to the height of your vehicle and adapts to uneven ground, then retracts into a compact size when you pack up. Always place the feet on firm ground and check that each section is properly locked before climbing, particularly at night or when the steps are wet or muddy.
LockNLoad mounting, security latches and organisation
Underneath the base, the LockNLoad T-track mounting system lets the mounting hardware slide into T-shaped channels and clamp the tent firmly to your roof bars. The shell closes with anti-theft security latches, and the tent adds a double interior security system. Inside, a gear net and organiser pockets keep small items at hand, waterproof external shoe bags keep mud outside, and a connection for a stationary heater makes the tent ready for cold-weather trips.

Fitting it to your vehicle: roof bars, load and closed height
The SIARGAO weighs 75 kg without the ladder, and the telescopic ladder X3 adds around 7 kg. It is fitted on two transverse roof bars; before ordering, check your vehicle's maximum dynamic roof load and the rating of your roof bars in their manuals, and make sure both cover the weight of the tent plus any accessories. Our customer service can confirm the bar spacing required for your vehicle. Closed, the tent is 18.5 cm high: add this and the bars to your vehicle height for car parks.
Braguscamp offers free fitting of the roof tent at its own facilities, so you can drive away with the SIARGAO correctly installed and adjusted. Because of its weight and size, we recommend our free fitting service; if you fit it yourself, you will need at least two or three people to lift it safely. On the road, drive more carefully in strong crosswinds and check the fixings before every trip.

Frequently asked questions about the SIARGAO 145 Premium roof top tent
Which vehicles does the SIARGAO 145 fit?
The SIARGAO 145 is ideal for 4x4s, large SUVs, vans and pick-ups fitted with suitable transverse roof bars. The vehicle's maximum dynamic roof load and the bars' rating must cover the 75 kg of the tent plus any accessories. Check both in your manuals, and write to us on WhatsApp so we can help you confirm compatibility.
What roof bars do I need?
You need two strong transverse roof bars rated for the weight of the tent and correctly mounted on your vehicle's rails or fixing points. Our customer service can tell you the bar spacing required before you order. Always compare the bars' load rating and your roof's dynamic load with the weight of the tent.
What is the difference between dynamic and static roof load?
The dynamic roof load is the maximum weight the roof can carry while the vehicle is moving, and it must cover the weight of the tent. The static load, with the vehicle parked, is normally much higher and supports the people sleeping inside. Your vehicle manual states the dynamic load, so check it before buying.
How many people can sleep in it?
The SIARGAO 145 is designed for 2 adults and 1 child. It opens to 218 × 145 cm and comes with a 135 × 205 × 7 cm high-density mattress. If you are a family of four, take a look at our FOREST 160 and SAHARA 160 models, which offer space for 2 adults and 2 children.
How much headroom is there?
The interior height of the SIARGAO is 154 cm, one of the highest in our range. This means tall people can sit up comfortably, change clothes or play cards with the children without bending over. It makes a real difference on rainy days or longer stays, when you spend more time inside the tent.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. The SIARGAO uses Ripstop 340 GSM PLUS canvas with FULLBLACK SHIELD technology, which is water and UV resistant, and the aluminium honeycomb lid protects the tent from above. To keep the canvas in top condition, dry it fully before storing the tent closed for long periods and clean it with water only.
How do I avoid condensation?
The SIARGAO includes an anti-condensation mat under the mattress and offers 360° ventilation through XL windows and the Skyview skylight. Keep the windows slightly open at night, avoid drying wet clothes inside and air the tent in the morning before closing it. This keeps the mattress and bedding dry and fresh.
Can I use it in winter?
The SIARGAO is designed for adventures in every season. In cold weather, use sleeping bags rated for the temperatures you expect and keep some ventilation to limit condensation. The tent also has a connection for a stationary heater, useful in very cold climates. In summer, the skylight and windows help keep the interior pleasant.
What is the LockNLoad system?
LockNLoad is the T-track (T-slot) anchoring system on the underside of the SIARGAO base. The mounting hardware slides into the T-shaped channels and clamps the tent to your roof bars, so it can be positioned precisely and fixed firmly. It is a mounting system, not a lock. The shell itself closes with anti-theft security latches. Even so, check all fixings before every trip and after driving on rough tracks.
How tall is it when closed?
Closed, the SIARGAO measures 218 × 145 × 18.5 cm, a slim profile for such a spacious tent. To know whether you will fit in car parks, garages or ferries, add the closed height of the tent to the height of your vehicle with the roof bars fitted, and keep the total written somewhere visible.
Does it affect driving?
Any roof top tent changes how the vehicle behaves to some extent, especially in crosswinds and on fuel consumption at high speeds. The slim closed profile of the SIARGAO helps limit this. Drive more carefully in strong side winds, respect the speed limits for loaded vehicles and check all fixings regularly.
Do you fit the tent for free?
Yes. Braguscamp offers free fitting of the roof tent at its own facilities, which we particularly recommend for a tent of this size. You leave with the SIARGAO installed and adjusted on your bars. To book an appointment, write to us on WhatsApp or by email at info@braguscamp.com.
Can I fit it myself?
It is possible, but the SIARGAO weighs 75 kg without the ladder, so you will need at least two or three people to lift it safely onto the bars. Centre it on the roof, tighten all fixings following the instructions and check them again after the first kilometres. That is why many customers choose our free fitting service.
Do you ship to my country?
Braguscamp ships to Spain and Europe. The SIARGAO is delivered in a large, heavy package, so make sure someone can receive it and has room to unpack it. For details about delivery to your address, contact our customer service on WhatsApp or by email at info@braguscamp.com.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You can pay for the SIARGAO 145 with flexible payment and financing through seQura, subject to approval. Choose seQura at checkout on braguscamp.com and follow the steps. It is a convenient way to spread the cost of a premium roof top tent and start travelling sooner.
