In compliance with current regulations, the entity BRAGUSCAMP SL that operates through the Internet from this website BRAGUSCAMP.COM details below the general terms and conditions of the contract for the products and/or services offered through it and from which the rights and obligations of the parties are generated.
2.- Identification.
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") have the following purpose: function to regulate the relationship between BRAGUSCAMP SL (hereinafter the “Provider”) and the clients (hereinafter the “User”), relating to all transactions carried out through the online store website.

2.2.- The User.
A user or client is an Internet user who acquires this status by registering on the website, using a form for this purpose and who is assigned user names and passwords, for which he or she is fully responsible for their use and custody, and is responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the provider, as we will see in the section on User Registration.
3.- Acceptance.
By accepting these Conditions, the User declares:
- That he/she is a person with the capacity to enter into contracts according to current regulations.
- That he/she has read and accepts these Conditions.
4.- Availability.
The User will always and in any case have access, prior to the start of the product contracting procedure, to the conditions, which may be stored and/or reproduced on a durable medium.
5.- Validity or Duration.
The period of validity or duration of these Conditions and particular conditions of contracting will be the time that they remain published on the aforementioned website and will be applicable from the moment that the User makes use of the website, and/or proceeds to contract any products.
6.- Modifications.
The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify said Conditions, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification by the User.
The User undertakes to carefully read the conditions of contracting, each time he proceeds to contract of any product since they may have been modified since the last time you accessed them.
7.- Nullity.
If any clause included in these Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity will affect only said provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, the Conditions remaining in force in all other respects.
8.- Purpose of the contract.
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale born between the provider and the user at the moment in which the latter accepts the purchase during the online contracting process through the mechanisms.
The contractual relationship of sale involves the delivery, in exchange for a determined price and publicly displayed through the website, of one or more specific products.
Each of these products may be subject to specific regulation through the particular contracting conditions of each of them, of which more details will be given in the section on guarantee, returns, withdrawal, or in the technical sheet of the product itself, due to the different formats in which the products are sold, their packaging or their own nature.
9.- User Registration.
The User may register on the website by registering as a customer, by clicking the button located on the right. top right “Login”, for which the user must complete the required data as mandatory, which will be: name and surname, email and password. The user must commit to make diligent use of these, as well as to notify the provider of any loss or theft, or possible access by an unauthorized third party, so that the provider proceeds to immediately block them. The user has full responsibility for their use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the provider.
The user may also register on the website, through the billing section. Where you will enter the following data: country, name and surname, company name, address, town/city, state/province, postal code and email address.
Registration as a User of the store will provide you with access to the website, the purchase of products and the receipt of newsletters with information about the company and its products.
The user may not choose as a username words that are intended to confuse others by identifying him/her as a member of the provider, as well as foul, insulting expressions and, in general, contrary to the law or the requirements of morality and good customs.
10.- Geographical scope.
This website normally operates and sells in Spain. Hereinafter, this geographical area will be understood as "the Territory". Therefore, the products are only shipped and distributed in the Territory. The use of this website as well as any purchase made on it is considered to be made in Spain, and therefore subject to current Spanish laws and regulations. The Provider does not accept or deliver orders outside the mentioned Territory.
All of the above is indicated without prejudice to the fact that we can offer these services in the excluded areas, in which case the client must consult directly with the provider.
11.- Product Information.
The Provider pays great attention to the information regarding the characteristics of the product through technical descriptions and illustrative photographs.
12.- Taxes, currency and shipping costs.
In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax. Added (VAT).
Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) and in all cases will be expressed in the Euro currency (€). These prices, unless otherwise expressly stated, do not include shipping costs or any other additional services and accessories to the purchased product.
13.- Language in which the contract is developed.
The contracting procedure and the pre-contractual information are in Spanish and this language will be used to carry out the contract.
14-Steps of the Contracting / Purchase Process
14.1.- Registration.
In order to start the process of contracting products at BRAGUSCAMP.COM, you must first register. as a user, by clicking on the button located at the top right “Login” and filling in the mandatory data requested on the page. After registering, you can proceed to purchase your product(s).
The registration system is not provided with a user verification system in the registration process. Therefore, before the user is activated in the system, a welcome message is sent to the email Once registered correctly, the user can enter the control panel of his/her profile with his/her username and password in order to manage all the functions that the provider of the page has made available to him/her, such as the account data section, my orders, reservations, payment methods, among other functions.

15.- Availability of the product.
The products offered on this website are always available at the BRAGUSCAMP.COM headquarters. In the event of not having stock, reservation purchases are allowed. For reservation purchases, a waiting period of up to 40 days is established. During this period, if the customer wishes to withdraw from their purchase, the amount paid will be refunded without delay.
For financed purchases, reservation orders will not be allowed.
16.- Types of products.
The website only has one product, roof tents for cars. The tent is placed on the roof rack of the car and by unfolding it it becomes a tent installed in less than a minute.
17.- Maximum order amount.
There is no maximum order.
18.- How to extend or cancel my order.
To extend an order you can do so as long as you have not completed the purchase, by clicking the "Continue shopping" button.
To cancel an order after making a purchase, it can be cancelled with the right to a full refund as long as the order has not left our warehouses or is in transit to the indicated address.
For orders that have already left the BRAGUSCAMP.COM facilities, the courier company will be notified and in this case, the amount returned to the customer would be in full except for shipping costs.
To request the cancellation of an order, you must contact our Customer Service immediately.
19.- Shipping costs and methods and delivery time.
Shipping costs will be made by the supplier's transport company and will be subject to the following rates:
– Spanish territory: Shipping costs Shipping 70€
– For the rest of orders, consult the provider.
20.- Delivery time.
The delivery time of an order in Spanish territory is around 72 hours. For orders whose destination is different, the delivery time is between 15-20 business days, from its correct confirmation.
In the event that you do not receive a package within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier that could last several days (the approximate period is fourteen (14) business days). During this period, no reshipment or refund of the order will be possible.
We advise you to check that everything is in accordance with your order and that the packaging of the package is in perfect condition when you receive your package, then sign with reservations and indicate by hand on the carrier's delivery note if you found any anomalies upon receipt. When you open your package, if you find that the items delivered are not in accordance with your order or are damaged, please contact our Customer Service Customer Service immediately.
19.- Shipping costs and methods and delivery time.
Shipping costs will be made by the supplier's transport company and will be at the following rate:
– Spanish territory: Shipping costs €70
– For all other orders, consult the provider.
20.- Delivery time.
The delivery time for an order in Spanish territory is around 72 hours. For orders with a different destination, the delivery time ranges from 15-20 business days, from its correct confirmation.

The products sent by suppliers do not facilitate the installation and operation of the products.
21.- Invoice.
Where can I consult my invoice? The invoice can be viewed and downloaded in the user control panel. In turn, the invoice will always be delivered printed together with the order, and it is also sent by email.
22.- Value added tax.
In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
23.- Payment methods or modalities.
In general, the User may choose the payment method:
A) By credit/debit card, for which the User will provide, among others: (i) name and last name;
(ii) card number;
(iii) CVV/CVC;
(iv) card expiry date;
Once you have validated all the information about your purchase (items, shipping methods, delivery and billing addresses), a choice will appear for you to select which payment method you wish to use and enter your details.
In the event that the payment platform reports the denial of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing the customer online and at that time of the cancellation as we have mentioned above. You cannot make payments with cards issued outside of Spain.
B) By Paypal
You can make the payment for your purchase through Paypal. When choosing PayPal as a payment method, the billing address indicated above will be ignored, and the address registered in your Iupay account will be taken into account for billing purposes.
C) Financing the purchase
You can finance your order through Aplázame.
CASH ON DELIVERY IS NOT ACCEPTED
Your card details will not be accepted. : will be saved in our database, since when they are filled out they will be on the secure website of the chosen banking entity.
24.- General provisions on the Payment Process.
• The payment order given by the User necessarily implies adherence to these General Conditions as well as the specific conditions of the order.
• For any payment method chosen by the User, all payments will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the User by the financial entities involved or by the secure payment platforms (e.g. Visa, Mastercad, Paypal, etc.).
• Once the payment has been made correctly, the User will receive an informative email confirming the essential conditions of the operation:
o Services contracted, and description of the provision of the same.
o Products sent to the address indicated by the User:
The confirmation email will contain the invoice for the product with which the User may, upon receipt of the order, request the guarantee from the corresponding merchant.
In any case, through the website, the User will always have access to the information on their orders and their corresponding invoices for the purchases acquired.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel payments or orders in the event of signs of fraudulent operations, informing the competent authorities of any conduct that may be investigated for the prevention of fraud.
25.- Returns of defective, damaged or incorrect products or exercising the right of Withdrawal.
Once you have received your order, you can withdraw from your purchase, provided that the product has not been used, has its original packaging and corresponding manuals, as well as all its original accessories or promotional gifts, if applicable, within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.
We remind you that by exercising the right of withdrawal, the money paid for the product(s) purchased will be refunded and will include the amount of the purchase and, if applicable, the delivery costs in the least expensive ordinary delivery mode. Likewise, if you choose to have the product collected from your home, the costs of the collection itself will be borne by the customer.
Furthermore, BRAGUSCAMP SL will ensure that the product:
a) Has not been used incorrectly or negligently, has not been handled inappropriately or imprudently and has not been subjected to abnormal or harmful conditions.
b) Has not been involved in any accident or has not been damaged when trying to repair or modify it.
c) Has not been used in a manner contrary to that established by the manufacturer in the Product instructions.
d) It has not been damaged by natural wear and tear after receipt.
In the event that the product does not meet any of the above requirements, we may decide, at our discretion, not to repair or replace the product or refund the amount paid and/or we may ask you to reimburse all transport and inspection costs, incurred according to current standard rates. In order to carry out said refund, we can charge the mentioned costs to your credit/debit card account, or use the payment details provided when placing the Order.
In the case of a defective product, the Provider will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.
In the event that the product or its packaging has suffered any damage or is not in the original shipping conditions, the value of the item will suffer a depreciation of the same.
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with what is stipulated in the Contract, is a product damaged during shipping, or is incorrect, you must contact us immediately providing the details of the product as well as the damage it has suffered.
Once the return request has been examined and the appropriate checks have been made, we will proceed to collect the product from the place of delivery.
We will carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether the return or replacement of the product is appropriate (if applicable). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to a proven defect or fault will be fully refunded, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you. The refund will be made in the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase.
The rights recognized by current legislation.
The return of a product purchased on the website may be made in the following manner:
1. By requesting a collection at your home, which you can do by sending an email requesting the return, with your contact details and order number, or by contacting our customer service through the details provided in Section 26.
26.- Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of:
● Products that may have their nature altered.

28.- Product warranty.
All items offered on our website have the official manufacturer's warranty under the legally established terms, for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery or for the period established by law at any time.
This warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, use incorrect or improper handling, or materials that are worn out by use.
The provider reserves the right to request an official technical service of the brand to verify the origin of the problem. In the event of a defect caused by a cause other than its origin, the repair will be billable. In those cases that justify the application of the guarantee, the option will be to repair, replace the item, discount or return the product, in accordance with the legally established terms.

29.- Rights of the Provider.
- Keep, modify or suspend your website without prior notice.
- Modify the price of the offers.
- Reject orders due to lack of stock or non-payment by the customer.
- Refuse access to computer tools to customers in case of non-compliance with these conditions.
- Collect the amount of the customer's purchases, once the transaction has been accepted.
- Reserve the domain and retain full ownership of the item until full payment by the customer.
- Do not reproduce, transfer or dispose of the information published by The Provider in all its contents without the express permission of the company itself.
- Proceed to correct or amend human or computer errors.
30.- Limitation of liability.
All information provided by the User to the Provider and through the corresponding forms must be truthful. It is the User's responsibility to keep the data provided to the Provider duly updated. In any case, the Provider is exempt from any liability for damages or losses caused as a result of having provided false, insufficient, inaccurate or incorrect information.
Access to the website does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to verify the authenticity, suitability, exhaustiveness, accuracy, adequacy and updating of the information provided by the User through the corresponding forms.
The Provider will not be responsible in those cases where it is appropriate The parents, guardians or legal representatives of minor or incapacitated Users, authorize access, provision of personal information or use of the website or the contracting of any products or services provided through the applications or web platform. It will be the responsibility of the aforementioned parents, guardians or legal representatives to supervise the access and use of the minor or incapacitated person to the contracting of the products and services provided through JOVIVE.ES
Access by Users to the Contents does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to control the absence of viruses or computer elements that may have any harmful effect on the User's computer equipment. In any case, it will be the responsibility of the User to have the necessary tools to detect said viruses or harmful computer elements. Consequently, the Provider shall not be liable for any possible damage caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during access to the Contents.
The Provider shall not be liable for any interruptions in the electrical or telecommunications services that prevent users from using the services.
31.- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.
These conditions shall be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in that which is not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile.
In the event that the user is domiciled outside of Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of THE OWNER OF THE WEBSITE.
