Installation of products

The products sold by BRAGUSCAMP S.L., hereinafter BRAGUSCAMP, must be installed in the vehicles or systems recommended by the manufacturer or by a competent person, always under their responsibility. BRAGUSCAMP will not be held responsible for the consequences arising from incorrect installation or the use of an unsuitable product in the vehicle.

Prices

The prices of our products are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
Regardless of the country of origin of the customer, all orders must be paid in Euros. BRAGUSCAMP reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the products will be billed according to the rates in effect at the time of placing the order.

Purchase process

Online: Through our website www.braguscamp.com (24 hours a day, 365 days a year).
To make any purchase, THE USER must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

It is necessary to register by completing a form with true, accurate and complete data about the identity of the user. These data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the acceptance of which is mandatory to continue with the purchase.

To correct errors in your data, THE USER may access his/her profile using his/her username and password, and make the necessary changes.

Steps to make a purchase:

Select the products or services.
Click on the "Add to cart" button.
Confirm the order.
Register if you have not already done so (you will receive a confirmation to the email provided).
Choose the shipping method.
Select the payment method.
Confirm the purchase and follow the instructions according to the selected payment method.

It is recommended that THE USER print or save in digital format the receipt that he/she will receive. by email when confirming the purchase.

Payment methods

BRAGUSCAMP offers the following payment methods:

VISA or MASTERCARD credit card: All transactions are 100% secure and are carried out through a server with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
When paying by card, the card number, expiration date and validation code (the three digits on the back of the card) will be requested.
Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and BRAGUSCAMP will take legal action against any fraudulent transaction.
Bank transfer: The transfer must be made within a maximum of 5 business days from the order being placed. If you do not receive confirmation of the transfer within this period, the order will be cancelled.
PayPal: Allows money transfers between users with email, as an alternative to traditional methods.
APLAZAME Financing: Allows you to finance purchases between €120 and €2,500. By choosing this option, the system redirects you to the financial platform to complete the process.

Shipping and transport

Shipping costs are indicated during the purchase process. Shipments are made to mainland Spain and other destinations indicated during the purchase. For some products, free shipping is offered, which will be explicitly informed.

Pickup in store:
The customer can pick up their purchase at our facilities, after communicating this in the order comments.

Returns and exchanges

Returns:
The purchased products can be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from delivery. The products must be in their original condition, with intact packaging and all accessories included. Shipping costs in case of return will be borne by the customer.

Refunds:
BRAGUSCAMP will make the refund within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the product at our facilities. The refund will be made by bank transfer or the same payment system used in the purchase.

Guarantees and After-Sales Service (SPV)

Products purchased from BRAGUSCAMP are covered by the legal guarantee against hidden defects. For claims or breakdowns, contact Customer Service at info@braguscamp.com or by phone at 690 08 68 20.

The guarantee does not cover:

Improper use of the product.
Defects arising from causes external to the product.

Litigation and responsibilities

BRAGUSCAMP shall not be liable for failure to comply with these conditions in the event of force majeure (according to Spanish law), failure of the client or unforeseeable circumstances.

Acceptance

These general conditions regulate the relationship between BRAGUSCAMP and the client, accepted without reservation by both parties.
