Thank you for trusting Braguscamp! By placing a pre-order for this product, you ensure that you will be among the first to enjoy it as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
To guarantee maximum transparency, we have written these conditions in a clear and simple way.
By confirming your reservation, you accept the following terms:
1. What exactly is a Pre-order?
By placing a pre-order, you are purchasing a high-demand item that is currently in production or in transit to our facilities.
Your reservation secures one unit in your name, guaranteeing that you will have top shipping priority as soon as stock becomes available.
2. How does split payment work?
To make your purchase easier, you do not have to pay the full amount upfront:
At the time of reservation: You will only pay 10% of the total product price as a deposit to secure your unit.
Before shipping: The remaining 90% will be charged automatically the day before (or the same day as) your order shipment.
Important note: This charge will be made using the same payment method used for the initial 10% payment.
3. Estimated availability and shipping dates
We expect the product to be available and ready to leave our warehouse on the indicated date.
As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking number.
4. What happens if the remaining 90% payment fails?
We understand that cards may expire or generate errors. If your bank declines the remaining payment, we will send you an automatic email notification.
You will have 48 hours to update your payment method.
If we are unable to process the payment within that time, the pre-order will be canceled and the corresponding cancellation policy will apply.
5. Combined orders (Pre-order + In-stock products)
If you add this pre-order product together with other in-stock items in the same order, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order becomes available.
Recommendation: If you need the in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders.
6. Purchase Commitment and Locked Price
The pre-order is a firm purchase commitment. In exchange, we guarantee your locked price.
If the product price increases on our website in the coming months, you will only pay the price shown on the day you placed your reservation.
7. Cancellation Policy and Deposit Refunds
We understand that plans can change.
If you decide to cancel, our initial 10% refund policy works progressively:
We will refund 100% of the paid deposit.
8. Modifying your shipping details
If you move or need the package delivered elsewhere, you may change your shipping address without any issue.
We only ask that you notify us at least 7 days in advance of the estimated shipping date.
9. What happens if Braguscamp is delayed?
We work with safe margins, but sometimes unexpected logistical or manufacturing delays may occur beyond our control.
If we are unable to meet the estimated date, we will inform you immediately and offer two options:
A. Keep your reservation with the new estimated delivery date.
B. Cancel the reservation and receive a full immediate refund of everything paid.
10. Warranty and Returns (Once you receive the product)
Our pre-order policy does not affect your legal rights.
From the moment you receive the product, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your withdrawal right, provided the item has not been used and remains in its original packaging.
In addition, you will benefit from the manufacturer's legal warranty.
11. Limited Availability
This pre-order is subject to a limited number of units.
Orders will be processed on a strict first-come, first-served basis.
